Anger is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences in their own unique and varied ways of expression. Healthy anger is beneficial to learn in order to maintain safety and trust in relationships. There is a distinct difference between anger that is chronic and anger that is situational. Skills can be learned to improve the “way” a person expresses and experiences anger. It can be a signal that something is wrong, and there can be a trans-generational nature to it; many historical injustices were resolved as a result of healthy expressions of anger. Join us as we explore anger and discuss healthy ways of managing your own or within your family through communication, listening to your body, and understanding brain science.
