Community Learning Collective: Me First, But How? Self Care

This learning collective is a time to learn about trauma and brain science in a safe, warm community based environment. Taught by Trauma Educator and Chief People Officer, April Matt, our community learning collective will cover:

- Prioritizing self care amidst the chaos of life

- Various self care strategies

- Implementation skills so you can start using them right away

Dinner will be provided, as well as child care. Please let us know when you register if you have any allergies and how many children you will be bringing.
