This learning collective is a time to learn about trauma and brain science in a safe, warm community based environment. Taught by Trauma Educator and Chief People Officer, April Matt, our community learning collective will cover:
- Understanding the brain on a deeper level
- Various self care strategies
- How to create safety and regulation skills
Dinner will be provided, as well as child care. Please let us know when you register if you have any allergies and how many children you will be bringing.
