An Event to Empower a Solid Future Tuesday, September 12, 2023 9:00 am to 3:00 pm At Franconia Heritage Banquet and Conference Center Driven by ordinary, local people who care. Designed for ordinary people who care. To make sure everyone has crazy good care Along the Way of life - this event elevates experts, mentors and life-long learners. Building a solid future requires knowledge and awareness. Knowledge is the first step to care for yourself and for others. We are a collaboration of local businesses and professionals determined to make change and encourage economic stability in Bucks and Montgomery counties. We are gathering to enrich, educate, and empower each other and our communities. Time is a scarcity. Needs are in abundance. Along the Way PA is the Keynote Speaker. This “symposium style” event provides a pathway to share information and best practices. Presenters and attendees will discover resources, mentor others, and find new ways to thrive. Information will be provided in small “nuggets”, inclusive settings with self-driven opportunities. There will be multiple breakout rooms during the day with presentations, panels, roundtables, and time for one-to-one conversations with local vendors at their exhibition table.
Our Educational Pillars:
Wealth - To heighten awareness, demystify money, explain financial services and give tools to enhance financial literacy.
Wellness - To offer stressbusters, health educational tips, and caregiver planning strategies. This includes health insurance options, prevention tips, and showcases community health resources.
Wisdom - To inspire, mentor, and generate hope. We will encourage the value of having hard conversations sooner. Our goal is to deepen meaningful relationships and create safe harbors in stressful times.
Work - To ignite heart-to-heart employee-employer conversations. We want to help employers design more productive, compassionate, and realistic expectations for healthier lifestyles. We want to empower employees to have constructive conversations with employers to the benefit of all.
